Juanita Allen was born and raised in Southern Kentucky. As the daughter of a successful real estate agent, Juanita grew up in real estate and developed her love of the industry at an early age. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious. She has a "tell it like it is" approach that keeps her clients well informed. Her experience and hard work have paved the road for her continued success. She is a problem solver by nature; and she is always looking for a better way to serve her clients.

Juanita built her business on effective communication, dedication and a proven marketing approach. She understands that the process of selling or buying real estate can be stressful. Having moved several times throughout her lifetime, she knows what it is like to be in her client’s shoes. She brings her personal experience and sensitivity to every transaction. In her free time, Juanita enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She also loves being involved in her community and has spearheaded several Homes for Dogs programs.
